And if so they should have mentioned clearly upon sale that they would take away my product after 3-4 years (though maybe that’s the case in those dense ToS?) . Everything else should be considered illegal and fraudulent if they planned/knew it from the start. Which is the case if it’s a licensing issue

This is just pure fabricated bullshit. They themselves started limiting options. Remember the old days where you could host your own server with basically any game? They took that away, not us. So they themselves are 100% responsible for this ‘uprising’. Besides they could just provide/open-source the backend and disable drm. Hardly any work at all.

Not necessarily about stack overflow. But i just got myself in a situation where the first search result I found for a problem was clearly AI generated. And the solution it provided was not at all technically possible. The AI decline is really terrible…

That said, does anyone know of an extension or block list for those terrible AI slob websites? Or a way to filter it from duckduckgo?

Bazzite is basically just Steam OS but support for more hardware. And easier to extend. You could drop it on your steam deck and if you don’t muck around in the terminal you probably wouldn’t know.

Its normal when there is a new release. But steam OS 2 was abandoned long before version 3 came around.

Will it though? I love what Valve has done for the linux community. But didn’t they abandon Steam OS 2 too? Why will it be better this time? I feel like they would only give official support for handhelds/systems that are officially released with it.

What stone did you live under? The huge power consumption of crypto was often debated. You just don’t hear too much about it because people don’t really talk about crypto much anymore. Now it’s mostly just people pro crypto who discuss it. And obviously they tend to talk leas about the downsides.

But you’re right, launchers are usually the biggest issue when its comes to compatibility. Especially that completely useless piece of shit Rockstar peddles.

I rather run everything in third party apps than deal with Windows again,. But each his own of course.

Proton is so good that often games run better with Proton than native too. Usually because the developer puts little effort in the linux native version. Proton is such a godsend.
