Yeah, what’s happening definitely requires exercising second amendment rights. And yet Americans are still mostly mum. Dumbing down Americans by the oligarchs paid off I guess.

I think everyone saw issues will happen 10 years ago, when Germany took excessive amount of refugees. Though on the one hand, way before the migration crisis, Europe had been criticised for not taking in both migrants and refugees, many of whom died being denied entry. You can never please both sides when it comes to migration.
Fascism is only the logical conclusion to capitalism.
Really? It is a shame that none of the suggestions are ever implemented.
Here in Ireland, the government postal service diversified and now also provides financial services to remain relevant and liquid. You can set up a current account with them, or withdraw cash through a post office if you already have an existing current account with another bank. I think An Post also allows you to buy bonds. They have also even entered mobile carrier service.
Other postal service in many parts of the world should follow the same model to remain relevant. These new additional and modernised services would be beneficial to serve remote communities not easily covered by mobile carriers, banking institutions and/or still rely on traditional mail service.
To be fair to Honda, they are doing what is expected of any companies in a capitalist system, actually innovate and diversify in order to remain competitive. Most other companies would rather stick to their traditional products and services, even if those products and services are written on the wall that they are becoming obsolete.
Serious question, why are Venetians against Bezos’ wedding? Did he do anything that offended the city before?
The accusations are leveled at all social media.
I am actually getting tired of these rhetorical questions written as headlines. Just say what you want to say!
Kinda like ranting about movies and games “go woke, go broke” and yet these media end up being blockbusters. These alt right and AI shit stirrers have huge backing from billionaires who want to world to end up in fascism.
In social media, Russian bots pretty much defend their online disinformation as revenge for stoking color revolutions. But I say to them, even if that is the case, what is wrong with promoting democracy? The Russian disinformation campaign is the reverse by stoking non-democratic ideals.
Even before knowing about the Burn nuclear war in the lore, I always think we humans will annihilate ourselves first before coming into a utopia. It is a pattern in human history that things will always get worse before it becomes better. Humans are emotional and angry creatures. We always need catharsis.
Edit: everybody can tell I don’t really watch Star Trek, as I mistook the Burn as Earth’s nuclear war lol.
Woke-free and rich from the mountains of Bolivia
You mean, you are rich from endorsing the harvesting of coffee from underpaid Bolivian farmers who work 16 hours a day?
Some parents are genuinely lazy. More often than not, a typical phrase some parents would use is “didn’t they teach you that in school?”
Interesting and it makes sense that it came from the 80s, given the Gen Z’s obsession with the decade.
School starts at home (for many parents, this is an unbelievable idea). I had a classmate who is an anti-vaxxer, even though we did biology together and learned how vaccines worked. My classmate is alright as a person, but I think her environment outside of school made her not one of the sharpest tool in the class and never paid attention to the lessons. My point is that, if the home environment is not conducive to learning, the person is less likely to be intellectually driven. I know there are exceptions and it boils down to “nature versus nurture”, but as mentioned already, an environment that does not foster learning makes the person less likely to pursue knowledge.
A non-German becoming leader of Germany
Wait, I’ve seen this…
I pat the people on the back for calling him out all those years ago. I have always been indifferent to him to be honest, until five years ago he tried to interfere in the rescue of Thai school children who got stuck in underwater cave, and calling the rescue divers pedo. Some time after that, I remember telling my ex-colleague of mine who fanboys Elon that it is not necessarily I don’t like Elon, but that I don’t trust him after the incident. He got offended after I mentioned I distrust Elon, and I was surprised that he hasn’t heard of Elon’s childish spat with the rescue divers. Fast forward to now, I wonder what my former colleague thinks of Elon now.
You know, I never actually noticed this pattern until now. Maybe because i was literally a kid in the 90s and took things at face value.
Asking the more important question.
